I agree about being able to post anonymously. Celebrity gossip is a guilty pleasure that I don't share with my friends. I only have a clear conscience about reading the site because of what enty says about how those who want to stay out of the tabloids are able to stay out of the tabloids. I do feel bad when medical information is disclosed or when victims are outed but not their aggressors; that's not gossip, it's just cruel.
I've been following the site for years. I have seen Derek get mean, but nothing to deserve harassment and trolling on any level. It seems like he truly enjoys posting and it's sad that he can't do that without someone ruining out for him.

I used to go to school with a girl who would always scream & carry on whenever she was being bullied or picked on. Like she'd full on scream, cry & thrash about like a toddler. I felt bad for her & tried to school her into not reacting to them, but every time someone said something she'd lose her shit, just went bananas. Eventually I got sick of her & bullied her too. She liked the attention, wasn't good for her, but she just wanted to be noticed in whatever way she could.
