This permanent A list mostly movie actor married to a B+ list actress said in an interview the couple goes to counseling all the time. The actress gave an interview not that long ago where she said she doesn't believe in counseling. They never can get a story straight.

Most people, especially this actress, don't understand that going to counseling doesn't make you a weak or mentally unstable person. It actually makes you stronger or more mindful.
I used to think the former, too! I grew up with parents who thought only weak people sought counselling.
Then, I learn that my daughter needed help. (It was such a stressful time for my wife and I.)
Now, I know that her once a week sessions keeps her moving forward in her life.
This is in the DM, US Weekly, The Sun, etc., etc., etc.
They are unofficial Scientology types, they don't believe in therapy, unless it's from that. Not to mention they are afraid of what people can find out.
Are they "Scientologists" for some type of religious tax breaks? Who can really believe in that crock of shit? It reminds me of sci-fi movies made in the 60s where the rocks are clearly rubber and outer space is obviously a sound stage. Who believes this shit is real except for people who are seriously disturbed and those placed under duress/forced to stay.
Not to mention the NY Post, the N Y Daily News, and every gossip site out there. Gonna be a slow news day on CDAN today.

It takes a ton of strength and courage to get help, good on you, I hope your daughter is doing well.
The rich join for prestige and rank.. the poor for a sheltered home and secure environment.. neither get what they are looking for...

I am all for counseling but some of the people doing the counseling need more help than their clients. The key is finding someone who is really good and then there is usually a waiting list.
