I doubt it's Tatum. She had many big roles as a child actress, and was A list for a long time. Enty probably would have made a dig at Dad as well. A once in a lifetime role makes me think the role was with the famous parent in some way though.

The only guess I have is MacKenzie Philipps. She announced working at a certain clinic as a rehab counselor earlier this year. Perhaps she's getting a kickback from drawing in her celebrity friends.
Although, I don't see one article about her having money problems. I was almost positive she spoke about that on celebrity rehab.
I like the Mackenzie Phillips guess.
