Gaga. "A million favors" is probably a reference to her "Million pieces" (I think) song.
I'm guessing Gaga because she didn't go last year and pissed Anna off one year when she wore that horrid dress.

T.W. Yes, the Met Gala is a fundraiser. Many of the bigger names are sponsored and do not pay for tickets or clothes. I’m sure Anna could keep someone out, but she has to work a little harder than refusing a seat.
+1 - Beyonce - she is putting out there that she "changed her mind" and is going on a relaxing trip before new concerts

I would find it hard to believe that Anna wouldn't want beyonce there. She missed 2017 because of the twins and is usually the last to enter.

This is why I would never make it as a celebrity. The thought of going to an event, pose and be forced make conversation with others is nothing short of torture to me.

Actually, I'm going to go with the Taylor Swift guess. Anna loves the Kardashians and Kanye. The headlines are all, "Here's why Taylor skipped the 2018 met gala." She has yet to sell out a concert on her new tour. I could see an argument for it, though it's probably Gaga.
It's not Taylor her your starts the day after the met gala and she was doing the last dress rehearsal where she invited 2000 foster kids to watch it.
Anna is in charge of the list and seating chart. She can keep anyone she wants out.
@DustyFairy Anna let Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Emily Ratakowski in the Met Ball. She might control the list to the prestigious brand and event she destroyed but has zero status or respect in the business.
