Is Usher really PERMANENT A list? I mean, there has to be more to it than just hanging around for a couple decades.
I would never call Usher Permanent A List. He was Drake level huge for about 3 albums, but once he crashed, he crashed pretty hard. Now nobody gives a crap about him.
yeah, permanent A list is a bit of a funny one with Usher since he was never actually that good, or really that known. But whatever. Whoever is willingly still putting out knowing he's disease ridden deserves the herp.
