LA Kings Coach Arrested For Abusing His Daughter
This morning, in Washington DC, former NHL player and current assistant coach, Mark Hardy was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing his 21 year old daughter. Disgusting doesn't even begin to explain how this makes me feel. It also makes me wonder if this wasn't the first time it happened, but this is the first time she called police for help.
The incident allegedly happened this morning. The complaint says that "Mark put his hand down [her] shorts and touched her genital area without her permission."
Sick sick sick, f**k. I hope they took his passport so he doesn't run off and hide with Roman where they can share stories. I think for a punishment they should let every NHL player take a slap shot right at Mark's naked body.

You know, Sylvia, you never know. We just had an incident in this city where some school kids claimed their school bus driver went berserk and started beating them. Luckily for the driver, there were surveillance cameras on the bus, which showed nothing of the kind.
And just this week, a guy I considered a friend was arrested for raping a 12 year old - he'd been dating the girl's mother and dumped her, so there is some suspicion that Mom set him up - wouldn't report it for 2 days, wouldn't let the police use the rape kit - and I really hope that's the case, because I like this guy, can't imagine him doing such a thing, but if he did it I would want him dead, preferably slowly and painfully.
You just don't know. We never hear the whole story.

chicks that lie about assault are as bad as the perps themselves imo, i'll give her the benefit of the doubt here tho and hope to hell this isn't an ongoing situation.

If it's true, it had to have happened before. You don't just suddenly find your own kids attractive when they are 21.
If it's a lie, it is as messed up as the story that's being told.
I see both happen a lot in the sex abuse cases I have. People lie about being abused, people lie about not abusing others, and people also tell the truth about the abuse but lie about who did it. And almost always its one person's word against anothers and that's it.
No matter how you look at it we can all agree that it is sick.
Sick if she's telling the truth and sick if she's telling a lie.
