Stevie Nicks looks hot, and the great thing about her voice is she probably still sounds about the same. She sounded like a sixty year old camel smoker in her prime. Not a dis. I love the lady.

OK, I have the same LV scarf Lily is wearing. I wore it outside during Carnival in Quebec City this February and it made me sweaty. WTF would you wear that in the Summer? I just don't get the cashmere-scarf-with-a-tank-top thing. But I also don't get the boots-with-shorts thing either so I guess I'm totally un-hipster.
OMG, Stevie. She's a Goddess, always will be...I swear though I remember reading years ago that Stevie married her deceased bff's husband to help raise their baby daughter. Now, it's all forgotten. Anybody else remember that??
I love the first lady's vacay outfit. So chic. I need her entourage to help carry luggage the next time I go on a trip.

Unless Stevie has an extremely good plastic surgeon, she looks fabulous for her age. But I am guessing she gave up the drugs years ago, kept to it, and has nice long naps daily, which I firmly believe keeps your skin looking good. Plus she must be drinking lots of water. Love her!
In my opinion Stevie has most definitely had some very good plastic surgery.
