Brooke Burke & David Charvet Bought Stolen Property?
Radar has somehow managed to obtain the video deposition of Brooke Burke from back in May. Brooke was being deposed because when the couple furnished their Malibu home back in 2007, they allegedly bought and received about $70,000 worth of stolen appliances. For the $70,000 worth of appliances they only paid about $35,000 and the attorney doing the questioning of Brooke wants to know if she knew the couple was buying stolen goods.
Brooke does a lot of the whole "I can't recall" during the deposition, but says the couple did not know any of the goods were stolen. I'm surprised she did not say something like she thought they were just getting some kind of celebrity deal.
