Lindsay Lohan Has Probation Revoked - Bail Set At $100K
Lindsay Lohan just had her probation revoked and a hearing to determine whether she should go to jail is set for next month. The Judge also set bail at $100K. If Lindsay makes bail which she will do in a few minutes, the Judge says she better go do some community service time at the morgue before the next hearing. Did anyone who watch it think that it looked like Lindsay was all bruised on her cheekbones? If that is makeup, I hope it is cheap, because it looked awful. Lindsay did not say much during the hearing, but there really was nothing to say because the Judge was ticked off and nothing was going to change her mind.

Did anyone catch TMZ's interview with Dina Lohan the other day? She said Lindsay had completed almost all her community service hours, which was something like "a bajillion hours."

And the therapist is clearly a star f*ckr and lied to the court to cover Lindsay's ass. Glad the judge saw through that.

Yeah, she looked awful. Looked like she didn't wash her hair and put her make up on in the dark. That whole cheekbone technique never works.
I think she should keep doing her make up like that so they won't confuse her with a dead body at the morgue.
The judge flat out said that jail was a complete joke because of the budget issues in California. Wow, she sounded angry and then LiLo's lawyer had the nerve to wave her arms around and give attitude. Wow. Denial is strong in the Lohan circle, its not just family members. I just wish the judge had asked for specifics everytime the lawyer said that Lindsay was busy 'working' so that they would have to admit that she's a hooker now. Shame that drug tests are no longer part of her probation.

She will show up to the morgue one way or another, Timebob. But my guess is takes the ride in the coroner van, in the back.

She;ll be sentenced to the full year and a half on Nov. 2....and serve about 3 weeks.

Realistically they are releasing hardened cons due to prison overpopulation in California. As much as I would like the emotional satisfaction of seeing LL jailed I think I prefer the intellectual satisfaction of saving that place for a murderer, rapist or thief. Unfortunately we don't always get what we want.
I liked it that the judge seemed to mean serious business, however I don't think Lindsay gets it with her perpetual train wreck life she insists on living.
Yeah, I do have to agree with you on that, Daveb...it's just annoying to watch people like Lindsay continuously getting away with shit like this, simply because they can. She knows she can, and she'll keep on doing it.

RQ, that's the first thing I thought, too. Injections can definitely bruise and/or swell. I haven't seen the photos or video yet, so if it's not just shoddy makeup and really are bruises, I guarantee they're from injections/fillers. Her face is FUCKED.
Apparently Linds explained to her probation officer that she blew off so many scheduled sessions at the Downtown Women's Center (where she was sentenced to do her community service) because...are you ready for this?...she wasn't finding the experience "fulfilling."

She looks terrible. I looked at those pictures of her on 'D-Listed' and got the same feeling I did when I saw Amy Winehouse last known picture. I had no idea Winehouse was going to die a few days later, of course, but I couldn't help note how sad she looked. Lindsay Lohan has that same look. Maybe I'm just seeing things. Hopefully she gets off of whatever she's on - probably some strong narcotics, and gets her life in order one of these days before it's too late and she dies of 'natural causes' like Ledger, Haim and Winehouse.
I am hoping she screws up in an area that doesn't have over population problems. Or Texas...I am sure Texas would make room for her in thier prison system.
I must say that was some costume she put together for court. And yes that's bronzer gone wrong, I've done it and not realized till I was out in natural light.

LOVE the judge! and LOVED the "not fulfilling" because she "didn't interact with the other women" ruse that the judge called her on.
The revocation HEARING should be interesting. Then, the people who submitted the "glowing" reports will be called to account for their assessments. Love how the judge wants the hard-and-fast numbers and how she said, "how is this 'in compliance' when you say 'except for'?" Touche!
Also loved how LiLo was giving the big doe-eyed "but, but, but" looks as the judge and her attorney sparred over what she did and didn't do.
Okay I just got back after looking at the pictures on Celebitchy. Holy hell, her face is fucked. Not only is she starting to look like an entirely different person, I'm pretty sure she was high during the hearing. Her pupils are pinpoints.
Did anyone watch the TMZ video? Her eyes darted all over the place. It was truly sad. She screams for this attention. That's the only thing that will explain the brown blush to me.

Yeah...the judges are always ticked off at Lindsay, but STILL continue to give her a little slap on the wrist. No non-celeb would get away with any of this. If she didn't do community service last time, what makes them think community service will work this time. All Lindsay seems to have to do is say "No...don't feel like it, and get's away with it. I say throw her in the slammer without bail until she gets all the drugs out of her system. Then give her heavy duty therapy while she's in jail...also, DO NOT let her enabler of a mother Dina, near her.
She should have stayed in jail longer. Maybe the guards would have given her some free toothpaste while she was there.
That sure would have been nice. For everyone's sake.

It seems to be the only thing that explains why celebs have a different justice system then the rest of us.
If any of us "normal" people did what Lohan did, the book would have been thrown at us and the system would have washed their hands of us.
The irony is Lohan would have been better to just take the time to begin with. Between her celeb status and LA jail overcrowding, her sentence could have been 5 years but her actual time served would probably had been about 5 days.
I don't think it is bruising or makeup (well, there is a ton of makeup) - she looks seriously swollen.
I've tried to stick to a self-proposed ban on Lindsay for a while but just had to say that I am shocked she is still alive. A year ago I would have thought that she would be dead in a year.
She is a waste of human. I don't care how she goes away. I wish it would be jail.

The video I saw of this last night made me think she literally was high during this hearing. Or got high before she went to court and it wore off at some point during the hearing or progress report or whatever they call it. Suffice to say I don't think its a big mystery that clearly Linds likes to either smoke her cocaine or is into smoking meth based on her voice, behavior, teeth, everything.
That's not just from smoking butts.
I agree CA doesn't need to be burdened with the cost of jailing a waste of life like her with their current financial probs. I agree with the poster who wants her to get in trouble somewhere where they have space for her-- in fact, I want her to get in trouble in Singapore or Thailand another place where even small amounts of drug possession carry incredibly serious consequences-- like life in prison/execution.
And while technically this whole thing is a waste of CA taxpayer money, have to love the judge for calling her out on being an "actress" who doesn't work at acting (ahem, whore) and that probation is not intended to be fulfilling for the person being sentenced. How incredibly self-centered and delusional to even think that. I can't believe that even her famewhore lawyer let that be said.
