This A+ list all movie actor has always had a bit of a shady reputation behind the scenes. It may have to be with the fact that he does his best to stay closeted while everyone in the world knows he is gay. There is a very seedy side to the actor and one of the reasons he does not like living in the US. Teenage boys. Underage boys here in the US, but not where he lives. Likes to rotate them monthly if not weekly. Loves them to be dark skinned because the actor says it goes will with his skin.

Spacey is known to flirt outrageously with teens in public, when he's drunk. I think there was even a cell phone video, once. IDK. He's lived overseas a long time, I think.

DeleteGood god, why can't he coordinate his drapes and his sofa like everyone else? Trying to make tasteful blends of your skin color and the skin color of the children you're paying to sleep with you is ridiculous. And totally already done to death by Madonna, might I add?

ReplyDeleteWhile I wouldn't put Spacey as A+, this is probably him. But I don't think it is seedy to like 'em barely legal. He's not breaking any laws, and in fact seems to be going out of his way to make sure he isn't breaking any laws. A lot of straight guys like girls that age (or look that age) to. Personally I like guys just slightly older than me, and that age keeps going up every year. LOL

ReplyDeleteOK, clearly I'm missing something somewhere here--what's the fascination w/really young (even if legal) men & women? I mean, I like younger guys, but by that I mean "35 & up," usually more like 40+ (I'm 51 & get told I look 40, FWIW). Really young guys just seem so unfinished and blank somehow--it's not a slam on them, mind you, but it's just that I don't find guys attractive until they have a little more life experience on 'em; besides, by 40 or so, I think your character really does start to come out more in your face, and character & perspective mean a lot to me. (At 20 you have the face you were born with; at 40 you have the face you deserve.) Then again, I'm a woman interested in an actual adult relationship, not someone who's just looking for a cute piece of ass or some arm candy, so I know YMMV. Still...*sigh*

Not many actors have two Oscars on the mantle. I think Spacey is a bit overrated. Maybe it's because he's done so much crap. In a few roles (these two, "L.A. Confidential") he's VERY good. But I don't think he's up there with DDL and Meryl and a few others.
Anyway, 2 Oscars probably equal permanent A+ status.
Spacey usually has very young guys on his arm (when he's seen with someone). Sounds like him.

ReplyDeleteSpacey is not "All Movie." He first became famous as creepily inscestuous villain "Mel Proffitt" in the TV series "Wiseguy," and it's still his most-remembered role. He's often approached by fans who greet him with one of Mel's signature lines -- "Only the toes knows!" delivered in a very singsong tone -- so there's no way he can be called "All Movie."
ReplyDeleteYears ago my sister told me a story about a Hollywood guy who was just hitting it big who definitely was after young men (I think the one in question was around 17, though)....Kevin Spacey. She knew a relative of the kid in question, and it was when he first went out to L.A. In the end he couldn't hack it and came home.

Spacey. The age of consent in the UK is 16, which would be underage in the US (and consorting with the underaged would be a crime).
