This former C list celebrity who literally slept her way to A list celebrity status has been quietly seeing a studio executive. Both want to keep it quiet for fear of ticking off the guy she did the sleeping with. He does not like to be forgotten that quickly. If he does hear, I wonder if he will try and make a comeback and string her along for another six months.

At what point do you decide she's not sleeping with people to further her professional ambitions, but she's doing it because she likes sex and isn't picky at all? In her book she said she slept with a midget on a trip to Mexico. If this is Chelsea Handler I'll give her a pass on the Machiavellian motivation.

@BTownGirl: I agree, it doesn't sound like Chelsea. The wording of the blind sounds like she was elevated from C to A because of the notoriety of sleeping with one particular guy, probably famous himself. It also sounds like they were a couple for 6 months or so, because of the stringing her along for "another six months". It seems like the now A list celebrity has a public perception of single or unattached. I can't see the guy she did the sleeping with not caring if she's seeing Andre publicly, but making a reappearance if she was found to be seeing a studio exec on the sly.

Brooklyn Decker with her husband being the guy she was simply sleeping with to jump statuses? Andy Roddick just recently retired and is pretty useless to her now and she's trying hard to get into Hollywood with appearances on the League and New Girl (both Fox shows) this year. Maybe it's a Fox executive she's been stepping out on Andy Roddick for.

I think the wording of "comeback and string her along" is blatantly hinting at something.
It's very awkwardly phrased if this wasn't also referring to a professional comeback.
That's why I thought it was Roddick with the chance that he might also decide to make a professional comeback and strings could also be another hint in reference to the strings on a racket.

Since I'm not american I don't know very much about your "local" celebrities, like Chelsea; but GEEZ I cannot see her and 50 together, let alone in the same bed! Aaah! Is this something that doesn't surprise you americans at all? Have magazines been discussing it or is it not a big deal??

This doesn't really fit for Chelsea & Ted IMO. They did have a serious relationship that was public and often used as material for her show on E! Can't remember if they lived together but I think Ted has kids who were teenagers or younger at the time and Chelsea was a part of their life as well.
That's beyond sleeping your way to the top. Besides, I'd say she made it to upper management not all the way. ;-)
