Italian Appeals Court Orders Retrial For Amanda Knox

The world was kind of shocked when an Italian Appeals Court ordered that Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito be retried for murdering Meredith Kercher. Most people were not expecting that result and this just really screws everything up. She was convicted and then after four years in prison has that overturned and she is freed and comes back home to the US. Now Italy is going to want her back when the trial starts next year. The US is not going to give her back which means she will probably be tried in absentia and won't be able to ever leave the US. Amanda says she was disappointed by the ruling. Could probably guess that.
