Susan said...: I so could not get into Boardwalk Empire last season. But the ads before Newsroom are making me want to watch again. Damn you, HBO. I just don't think Steve Buscemi works as a lead. Great as a sidekick; the lead, I'm not so sure. The show just got way too violent for me. Great cast though. Michael Shannon is phenom. He was really good with that crazy broad who played Lucy. Krissie said...: Poor Gretchen Mol, she is the poster girl for everyone in Hollywood who is a "never was". I read an interview with her recently and she was quite frank about it and said she thought it was weird how she was touted as The Next Big Thing and she didn't really deserve it. Made me like her a little since she didn't seem bitter.

The picture of her is heartbreaking. She looks very skinny, like she's not eating, and looks like she's deep in thought and spacing out.; 9:00 AM
