Blind Items Revealed

October 14, 2013

This former C- list mostly television actress who moved to A list reality star who has moved down to C list reality star and soon will be a C list actress again was trying to get a table at a restaurant the other night without a reservation. She was with five other people. The restaurant was booked and people were already waiting. Our diva was told there would be a 45 minute wait. She did the whole do you know who I am thing and the host said he knew exactly who she was and if it was up to him he would make her wait double that amount just because of how horrible her acting is. Our actress walked out in a huff.

This would gave gotten 99.9% of restaurant help fired if they actually said that to any customer UNLESS she was extremely belligerent

I highly doubt this BV is a true...but it would be awesome if it was.

I can't imagine anyone working in the service industry saying something like that, but I like the idea of it.

Are you sure it wasn't a minute and a huff?

Count me in the crowd that doesn't believe it.

I also don't believe it.

If any truth to this blind, it probably didn't go down as described.

Her dad is dead, so she has no clout in Hollywood anymore.

We don't know the restaurant, either.

She may be rich and a celebutard, but that doesn't mean there isn't a pecking order that she needs to recognize.

Perhaps she forgot this with the wrong host.

Either way, we have to take ALL blinds with a grain of salt, but personally I would love this one being true.

Could have been an upscale sushi restaurant, where it's not uncommon for owner to seat and manage. Though, I would doubt he would know who she is. Just saying because I saw her once with old husband at one of our favorite sushi restaurants, before it became secret h-wood hotspot. Old regulars were treated better than famous faces...though everyone was treated very well.

Good for that host. Spelling's not only an atrocious excuse for an actor; she's also always been butt-ugly. If her father hadn't produced half the shows on television back in the day, she never would've gotten near a camera in the first place.

Didn't happen

I saw her once unfortunately years ago when the office that I was working at was on Fifth Avenue. I was out for a smoking break and saw her walk by. But when she noticed that I recognized her, she turned her face away with her nose up in the air. It just made me laugh like seriously who does she think she is??!!

This is probably not true BUT you guys are underestimating the amount of sassy snark that lives in each and every restaurant employee and the amour of shit they have taken before this entitled twit walked in. This is totally possible

No way this happened without an immediate firing, and rightly so.

On the other hand, "If it was up to me, you'd wait twice as long for trying to play the 'do you know who I am' card," I'd be behind the host all the way.

Nothanksdarlin...I used to work in a restaurant, and believe me...I know the amount of sass, snark and abuse. When they say, don't abuse your waiter...take it very seriously. They will spit in your food (and you're lucky if that's all they do), and serve it with a smile. Then they'll sit back and watch as they get their sweet revenge.

There's probably loads of celebs who have eaten food that has "accidentally" fallen on the floor...or worse.

This doesn't sound plausible to me

Unknown said...

Completely plausible if it was the owner of the restaurant who made the comment. She is a nobody and not someone you'd want to advertise as being a patron in your restaurant.

Probably didn't happen but it would be so sweet if it had.

I wish, I really, really wish that these celebrity narcissistic assholes got their shit handed back right back to them more often. The reason H-wood people treat others so badly is because they're allowed to get away with it. It's way past time to start reality-checking these people, reminding them that they're no better than anyone else.

Lalalala I can't hear you, voices of reason, I want to believe!

I think the only intentionally funny thing Tori Spelling ever did was that cameo in Scream playing the Neve Campbell character, after the Neve character made a joke that if it were made into a movie she'd probably be played by Tori Spelling. And her manager probably made her do it.

In conclusion, I doubt Tori had a good sense of humour.

Not thinking this went down exactly as it is written but as someone who had to deal with this 'do you know who I am' bs A LOT. I can attest to saying pretty much the same thing to a few celebrities, but in a much more polite screw you attitude way. What happens before the do you know who I am bs, is what matters most. Yes they bitched about me and yes I got slapped on the wrist. But my boss always backed me up. He didn't tolerate my being treated like shit bc some asshole celebrity decide to be loud rude and abusive. And I dealt with loads of that crap. Small spaces and loud celebrities make it impossible to sneak them in before 'the common folk', so they pretty much screw themselves the second they pull that crap AND are rude. I was not ok with getting yelled at by 5 people to their slimy narcissistic 1.
