When my grandmother died the EMT asked if she wanted to be sent to the hospital (for an autopsy potentially) or to the funeral home. My Aunt who found her had her sent directly to the funeral home. IDK how it is done in different places or states but being sent to the hospital is not unusual at least where I am from.

I think he is dead, but I think he was either murdered or had a little help with his suicide. It’s too convenient that he was recently taken off suicide watch,after his previous suicide attempt or attempt on his life. He had to be shut up permanently as too many powerful people are implicated. Look at the hands. When an unconscious body is transported to the hospital, the arms are usually tucked into the side of the body so they don't flop around. You don't put them on top of the body like that, especially if you are doing CPR as you go.

By looking at the hands/arms, the person on the gurney appears to be awake. Yes, a person can be conscious during CPR.
But there's a problem. Multiple news outlets say he died while en route to the hospital. The photo shows the man being wheeled into the hospital, not out of the prison. How could his arms be up like that if he died on the way to the hospital?
There is NO WAY Epstein committed suicide. When on suicide watch there is NOTHING in the cell and you are watched 24/7. Watch, security cameras will be “broken” and all his little black books and other incriminating stuff will have disappeared never to be seen again. The deep state is scary as hell.

The linked site reports Epstein was on suicide watch. That is not true. That alone makes me doubt the rest of the story. Having said that, that does not mean some of the things in the report are not true.
There are rumors the Clintons and Trump visited Epstein in prison.
I think misinformation is being spread on purpose.

The news media needs to get their stories straight.
Having worked at a prison as a nurse (many many years ago when first married and while hubby finsished his degree) the photos from the NY Post tend to rule out he died from hanging. Hanging victims are purple and have bulging features. The guy on that stretcher is relaxed and pale. Yes suicide watches are on video and usually a guard has to make eye contact with the inmate every fifteen minutes. Lights are always on in the room. Room has been stripped of anything useful for harming self. He may be in rigor and that's why his hands look as they did. Unless you break his arms you won't be able to manuever his hands into a different position. I'm having a hard time working up any sympathy for the guy.

I've seen a lot of dead bodies & the pose, waxy appearance & colouring of his hands & knuckles, purple ears & cheeks while areas of face pointing upward are paler, even the colour of the hair lightens & darkens based on blood/colour pooling. Look - I'm all in on some conspiracy, but not at the cost of common sense.
In the first instance, why are there photos of Epstein headed to hospital? and why let them leak? That to me seems a deliberate move. And if so, why then would you employ a body double / not-Epstein in a photo that people have time to pore over? That makes no sense.
If you accept that it's in the interests of the institutions of power to see him on the gurney, the idea behind it being to reinforce that he's dead - although maybe there's other reasons - I have no idea. You put that together with how it's in those same people's interests for Epstein to not be on suicide watch - despite a prior attempt. How else do you create a plausible moment for it to happen?
Having now read several articles linking Epstein to being an intelligence asset, and him having been in custody a month, the high level plea deal from 2008 - I'm now very interested in the "faked death" narrative. I don't necessarily buy it, but to return to my original point, if you wanted to craft a narrative that Epstein was definitely dead, creating an opportunity for him to do it, then documenting the body on the way out of the door would be the best way to do that. Of course, if Epstein has turned on high value individuals (you would hope) that we would see something from this in the coming days.
Marlin, I worked for a suicide helpline for years and once had to testify at the inquest of a prisoner who killed himself while on the line with me in a suicide cell. As he died he told me the guards were laughing. I was very happy to help both those bastards lose their jobs.
funeral director here - yes, the head coloring is normal for someone who has died from choking/hanging. From what I can see in the photo, I don't see any indentation from the item used the hang/choke, and you would definitely see it. Very purple face, very dark ears. Hands are on his front because of cuffs. His lids are halfway closed - the "dead eyes". I would have expected the eyes to be bit buldged, so he must not have been hanging for long IF he was hung. The ME could pass on an autopsy based on his faith (and at the request of his NOK), but I have never seen a Jewish family say no to an autopsy in the case of a suspicious death, so... Also, Jews bury asap, and are not embalmed (even if they are autopsied). Most Jews don't cremate, but quite a few reform Jews do cremate now.

TMZ is now saying that the prison just skipped the nightly check on Epstein. So they had the most high-profile prisoner in the world currently in their jail. He had either been attacked or attempted suicide recently. But hey, just skip the cell check tonight. No big deal. I don't even know what to believe. I just hope Epstein made some kind of arrangements that all the dirt he had on everyone is released in the event of his death.

Trump's controversial retweet of the Clinton body count conspiracy is one of the only places you can find the 2000+ pages of court documents unsealed Friday night in this case (because news outlets aren't linking to the docs even as they selectively report on the contents). This alone should make it clear that Trump is not involved. He's trying to give the public direct access to the court docs.

Nutty - I was at Marshall's yesterday and saw a tea tin with Harry Sparkle's image and thought of you and CDAN!! Very interesting that the dem's would send out talking points about Epstein. I guess because so many of the people implicated are dems? Deflect and deny.

I think it's particularly curious that the ShareBlue people advise against linking to the court documents, and that some mainstream journalists have also avoided linking to them.

We were meant to see Epstein's face. One paramedic appeared to be doing very casual cardiac compressions, however there was no pulmonary assistance occurring. Anyone trained in cardiac resuscitation knows that you need to oxygenate the blood that you're trying to circulate and that was definitely not happening. Mouth to mouth, or a resuscitation bag would have obstructed the line of sight to his face and they didn't want that. The resuscitation team wasn't there waiting to take over either.
Patrick Whitesell (Lauren Sanchez's ex-husband) and Pia Miller have been in Italy together since Wednesday. They are joined by at least three other people including model Zorana Kuzmanovic. They spent at least one day on the same yacht with Ryan Seacrest and Shayna Taylor. Pia just started following Shayna on IG.
Pia has been careful not to post photos this time of her and Patrick but she is posting plenty without him. Although, model Zorana has a few of Patrick on her stories. They will disappear soon. She even captured Patrick taking a pic of Pia. Pia traveled from Australia to L.A. to meet Patrick. They then took a private jet from L.A. (the company jet) to Italy, from there they boarded the yacht.
