@trudi, Spike Lee has probably banked a lot of dough courtesy his commercial work for Levi's, Nike, Jaguar, Converse, etc.

Spike Lee is selling his Manhattan town house? Really? His wife is a lawyer. Spike used to make noise about staying in Brooklyn but she didn't want to live there and they bought a town house on the East Side in the 60's IIRC. This was when Brooklyn was still Brooklyn and nowhere near what it is now.
It's just odd to me that they would sell that house.
Anyway I think it's JHud too. Can't see her with Spike Lee though.
