Money cant buy you class. Elegance is learned my friend....
I was born elegant, Derek. Everything after the fact is mere tweaking.
Professor Plum would never!!
Unless she was a patient. Then ok.
Or Nic Cage
Pierce Brosnan
Cage was partying in Vegas with Andrew Dice Clay and GNR. Cage fits
So he won't give her the tip unless she takes the whole thing?
Except Cages ass is broke and he eats at the all you can eat buffet. :))
Kind of a dick move. Wait staff in the US rely on tips to earn a living. If the table wasn't a large group, they may have not added the gratuity automatically.
That said, when I've worked in upscale eatery's & country club, that 18% gratuity was almost always added. If the customer really liked your service or you, they dropped an additional cash tip in when signing for the bill.
Tongue & Sandy
NIIIIICE ;)
Really a low class move. Like shagging in a bathroom stall. Leave a nice tip and hit on her later. Don't treat a low-waged, tip-dependent woman like a whore.
Piven
Stallone?
May his diseased balls rot off...may his coke nose be inoperable...may his fillers set to where he looks like The Thing...
Asshole :-[
Sir Patrick would never!
Bull doodoo, Lady. Nic cage tips waitresses $2,000,000! If I am to believe that documentary he made with Rosie Perez and Bridget Fonda, that is.
This melted my cold dead heart, Riven. Bravo
ed norton and tobey mcguire are not known as good tipper
just to be different Matt Damon
Ohhhh, I thought you said TWERKING and rereading it totally changed the tone, Charlie
Mel Gibson or Harrison Ford
is it existing a $2,500 meal for a person? the guy looks alone (or not with his wife)
"Just the tip" jokes are not be be made lightly, my friend.
Riven, plus what woman would ever turn down Doc Brown's flux capacitor, right?
Pierce Bronsen?
I like the Tobey Maguire guess!
Aemish..After that I am officially NOT a Toby McGuire fan. Dick!
This has got to be him. He's an asshole in my book now.
Shia?
alan, That's who I was thinking too. But, I'm usually wrong. :(
I thought so too. However, some people give more than the 18% gratuity.
So you are saying that comment was... Gratuitous?
Ba dum tish? You'll be here all week, try the veal and ohhhhh, well played. Full circle
Hahaha! I concede! Very nicely done TTM...
I don't believe this blind. I have a feeling that the waiter didn't get the tip she thought she would so is now spreading rumors. 18% on a $2500 receipt is A LOT of money. That's $450. If she got 20% that is $500. I doubt there are many high end restaurants where waiters can expect that sort of tip per table night after night. She's lucky. If the gratuity wasn't automatically added either the guy is being a jerk or the waitress was in attentive and didn't deserve much, if anything at all.
Flirty chick obviously you don't know the restaurant business too well. Plenty of competent and professional servers get stiffed sooner or later from random assholes.
Are Tobey McGuire and Elijah Wood the same person?
@derek I just laughed out loud at The Countess' song.
tobey is a known tight wad asshole just like is boyfriend leo d
A French girl unfamiliar with very expensive restaurants? That's odd.
Maguire earned his reputation as an asshole.
ben affleck
Jeremy Irons
Bruce Willis
with the new tax laws this year they made it impossible to do gratuity any longer.
@TTM Happy to help little lady. *tips newsboys hat for Newsies reasons*
@Kristin I was going to come up with a witty response but I'm just going to leave this quote from the Back To The Future wiki:
"the light of the flux capacitor pulsed faster until it had a steady stream of light."
We are not allowed to add tip on anymore and it sucks. I'm a great server , but get stiffed all the time.
Get a lot of foreigners and not being mean, but half don't tip. I have to tip out and pay taxes whether they tip or not. So some tables I'm paying to wait on.
Yeah, what Vegas said. A server's sales are reported to the IRS and you are taxed on a percentage. It's to keep servers from saying "Oh, I only made two dollars in tips today" when they made $200. Except... you could get stuck in the wrong place and even the best server ever can end up losing money.
Always tip, and tip well!
Truth ^
