Meg Ryan?
Botox face and name recognition made me immediately think of her. I'm caught on the "you would think she'd be more progressive" line. It could be a reference to Searching For Debra Winger and her other women's projects.
No clue on the lesbian though, and I don't really know if Meg has actual friends so who is there to cut out? (I miss pre-Quaid Meg, he done fucked her up for good. Russell Crowe probs didn't help much)

I didn't think one used botox below the neck unless you have sweating issues you can botox your sweat glands so you stop sweating but those sweat glands are there for a reason. Consider it human coolant.
