This married A+ list director could have any woman he chooses probably want to be his booty call. He occasionally sees other women, but for several decades the director has always turned to this former A+ list mostly movie actress who also has a long running franchise. No matter who the other person is with or married to, they always find a few times a year to get together alone.

"Several decades" means it's not any of the younger A+ directors like Nolan or Fincher. I'm guessing it's someone who also doesn't act or that would've been part of the clue, so no Eastwood. Cameron or Spielberg or Lucas.

I'm going with Jane here, Cameron and Sigourney sounds like an awesome guess.
Sigourney doesn't sound quite right -- to me, the part about "...no matter who the other person is with or married to..." indicates multiple marriages/significant others, and she's been married to her husband since 1984.
