This former A+ list model who is still A list despite the amount of time she has been a model is a bunch of other things now. It would be a slash line of jobs and positions. Apparently she also needs to worry about her boy toy who is sleeping with one of the contestants on a show she produces.

Heidi/ Vito- project Runway
Every week there's a BI about Heidi and Vito. She's in love, I get that, but why is Vito with her, why not end the relationship?
Because Heidi will allow him to do anything anytime he wants and she pays for everything. He's got it good...why would he want to leave?

A boy toy is just a guy to play with he doesn't necessarily have to be young.
What A F*** You To Heidi from this contestant though..eh?? (she must've gotten booted from Competition) Very Similiar to the Naom/Russian Guy Fiasco!! I think it's Heidi too!-she flaunts reluctant Vito all over the place & he's often described as her boy-toy.As tricia says,Tyra's guy is OLDER. Plus, she stays really low key about him,outa the public eye.

@sandy,respectfully, my girlfriends & I never refer to guys our age or older that are being played with as"boytoys" we got plenty of other names for 'em but boytoy ain't one of 'em! In My Area,boytoy is clearly for a guy younger than the woman.. Like 'Cougar' is commonly used for the older woman..
i emphasize 'in my area' b/c it may be very differently referred to in your & other areas... : )
