Whenever you see this A list mostly movie actor from an acting family on his bike, it means he has been out buying drugs. He is always scared to buy them and thinks he can get away faster if he is on a bike.

I have reluctantly learned that it is a waste of my time and resources to help someone who will not help themselves. Not just with addictions but any number of things. If they're not willing to provide any 'sweat equity' it becomes a situation of 'I want this but I do not want to put any effort into it at all. You, however, should do it for me so I have what I want.'
Yeah, it's pretty much impossible for cops to catch a druggy on a bike LOL. "OH SHIT. HE'S ON A BIKE NOW! GODDAMMIT! Well, I guess that's it. Let's get something to eat."
But what kind of drugs does he score? He could move to Colorado or LA or whatever if it's just weed. No hassle there. For any shit he buys there really. Plus he's white and famous. Oh man I bet he's like a real paranoid dude. I hope it's not some fucked up shit like heroin. That would be a real bummer.
