This is likely to be Bella Thorne, as she'll turn 18 in early October this year.....and there was a "story" earlier this year about how she's (finally) "developed breasts." What!?!? At 17 years old!?!? Uh huh.....yeah, right......

Bella is a loon, but it might not be all her fault. Miley's recent interview in some mag or another goes into detail about how much the Mouse House for Talented Teens really messes a girl up.
Take the money out of it and the pimp parents will find something else to do. If a minor becomes a performer ZERO money goes to the parents. Not a dime, not even if they're "Momagers or Dadagers" absolutely nothing. Everything a kid earns, apart from basic business expenses, tuition and a small allowance, goes into an unbreakable trust until they're 21. The parents will have to provide everything for their kid the same way other parents do. It's the only way to stop the Dina Lohans and Lesley Vogels of this world.
