I totally get ya @kno. There was another blind similar to this and Francis was a guess, but I wasn't sure even then because that particular charge has never been filed against him(as you cited).Not sure if it's a case of Enty hating him so much he throws the term around, or because he is not sure of what the term means(one would hope he does).

He pleaded guilty (or at least no contest) to child abuse and prostitution. So yeah, he's a sex offender.
Probably Joe Francis because he is scum no matter how you slice it. And I believe he no longer lives in the States, I think he is in Mexico full time but I could be wrong. I don't believe anyone in reality shows are A list, but putting that aside, it could be anyone.
