Which talk show hostess did a lot of apologizing over the phone to family and coworkers of the subject of that biopic she executive produced? She had to explain to them that her name was tacked on as a sort-of damage control and she had no final say about the film’s content. Well she’s right on that part. Maybe the family and coworkers need to get over it and stop whitewashing the past.

Love you, Wendy but that movie was so bad...
Was this the movie about the young girl singer who died in the plane crash in the Bahamas years ago?
I read that, that plane was so overloaded, it was never going to reach Miami even IF it got off the ground.
Alot of people involved in the drama of that murde- I mean, 'accident' of Aaliyah. Jay Z, Rachel Roy, Dame Dash just to name a few. Rumors re: crash resurfaced when the video of Jay Z and Solange duking it out in the elevator became public. Supposedly fight was over Jay having an affair with Rachel behind Bey's back.. Drama still playing out 15 years later.
Did not watch the movie, don't do trash, so someone who did please tell me what would the family be objecting to? I mean they did practically sell their daughter to a rich pedo (R. Kelly), did they not?
i used to be OBSESSED with aaliyah, it was ridiculous. where can i find these rumors/info whatever? i've never heard of this at all.
