The key is also- "a year is a long time" - literally just read that Lamar will take that long to recover- so I think it's her. The new do looks like Tina's most recent, and her side work is Dash. As for who in the family- maybe it's Jay Zs side of the fam?

Kendall recently told that Angelina Jolie is her idol, and she has been inspired by some on her past looks but no idea who who she wants to marry related to Angie.
I agree with @snookie after checking out Kendall's age- she just turned 20 on 11/3 so a little over a year from now she'll turn 21- legal to..(marrying in CA is 18 something else?) but I think it's her and Brooklyn Beckam as someone as@weekend guessed because she does dress a bit like Posh these days. The 21 yr old significance could be a contract with PMK she signed or an emancipation type thing from her claws lol.
Brooklyn Beckham turns 17 in March so he will be 18 in a little more than a year. I guess Kendull could be waiting for that
