Naomi is not on Empire anymore and she has more than a spot of hair missing
Naomi was on this season, she is playing Marisa Tomei's wife. Taraji's wig at the GGs was a mess. This could be anyone, all the black actresses in that show have worn tons of extensions which wreck your hair.

Rumor mill has claimed for years that Naomi is bald.
Wigs can end up giving you this problem, too...not just the ongoing use of extensions, especially in black hair. Naomi has had severe hair loss for years now, so I think it's probably her.
Remember all thos pics of Naomi on the yacht w/o her extensions,wigs whatever---she had no hair...just lil' tufts here & there..
