This former A+ list mostly movie actor who will regain the spot once his never ending franchise has its next release took over the makeup counter at Barney's and proceeded to give himself a makeover. He spent about $700 on makeup he used at the counter but did not take with him.

So, he paid for the products he used and then didn't take them with him or are you saying he used $700 worth of products he didn't pay for?

Well, since it says he "spent" $700 on makeup, I'm assuming he bought it, played around with it for a while, then left without it.
I think maybe Depp or someone similar. Someone who wouldn't be embarrassed to be seen in public playing with makeup. Cruise is, I think, way too uptight and concerned with his image to do something like that. In public anyway. I'm sure he transforms himself into a pretty pretty pony every night before bed.

Never ending franchise has to be Bond. I am going with Daniel Craig even though I know he has committed to anymore Bond films yet.

I have no idea what kind of moron would buy $700 worth of cosmetics and leave them on the counter. Granted, depending on the counter it may not have bought all that much (I'm looking at you, Tom Ford).

Barney's is super upscale. I don't know if they sell Estee Lauder. Estee Lauder is SO Macy's.
