The shots were still framed and in the 1st pic she was leaning in for a hug and in the 3rd pic they hugged. TMZ deliberately placed another pic of them sitting next to each other in between the 1st & 3rd pics to confuse the public to make it look like the 3 pics were separate moments.. This is why the 1st pic may be perceived that Sel might be leaning in for a kiss but is was actually a hug which prob lasted 30 seconds.

I didn't think of that. Was he already in a position to negotiate back end money for those franchises? I could see a salary bump for LOTR but wouldn't he have signed a contract for any and all of the productions first? When POTC came along he probably got something extra. I have only heard of the back end money thing in the past 5 years of so and it is usually a choice of up front or back end, as far as I know which admittedly is not too far.
