I've never seen a Kardashian show of any nature, but could this be Lamar? There was supposed to be an intervention this weekend, but some friend of Lamar's got wind of it, and kept him away from whee the showdown was going to ccur.
I thought Lamar as well, but haven't seen any articles on him taking a trip.

I don't get the Lord hate. Sure he's a drunk dick but he owns it. He doesn't pretend to be something he's not. He is the same person now that he was when Courtney first got knocked up by him. And my name is Courtney and my computer refuses to spell it with a K.

He is at least consistent.
Like I said yesterday or the day before, he's too far gone. Like Lamar, it's only a matter of time.
I get the Lord dislike. He's one selfish jerk. He has three little kids, and he's banging everything that moves, taking every drug he can snort, drink or swallow. He's with a different ho every night, and never has made even a half hearted attempt at rehab. The story line I've heard (since I quit watching it after Bruce became Cait) is that on the show, he's trying to get better, he's just pained at his actions, he's not good enough for K, BS, his real life is party non stop with a different bimbo and all the drugs you can ingest with no concern for anyone. He's very unlikable.
I think it's contact hate. Anyone who comes in contact with that family becomes hateable.
He is repellant to me because he is the epitome of narcissism & entitlement.
He's lucky he has money, because he sure doesn't have looks, brains, personality or talent.
@GroovieMann - all that, + the K association. The worst, though, is that he appears to not give a $hit about his kids.
All around disgusting.
