Mr.X Blind Item
Apparently the horrible advance reviews for this movie are causing the producers to panic, so they're making the cast pull out of all media appearances in the US.

Suicide Squad becuz Ghostbusters got good reviews
You are on fire today!
star trek
I had plenty of rest. And it's 95 degrees outside :(
Ghostbusters got 3.7/10 on IMDB and a very cool review by Variety, the main trade publication in Hollywood.
Tarzan. Suicide Squad hasn't been reviewed or previewed yet.
Tarzan is already out in the US.
Right now Ghostbusters has a 78% from RottenTomatoes. The majority of film critics like it. Also the cast has been doing promotion in the US, so this isn't about Ghostbusters.
The next Ice Age movie has real bad reviews & hasn't come out yet, so that's a possibility. Suicide Squad is weird because I've heard it's amazing and I've also heard it's the worst thing ever. That could be the answer too.
Obviously Ghostbusters.
Star Trek. Ghostbusters has good reviews and Suicide Squad's reviews haven't come out yet.
I will go with Equals
I've heard a lot of rumors that Star Trek is going to be really bad. I'm hoping they aren't true.
Tarzan actually did better than what had been projected for it.
Suicide Squad has all sorts of bad word-of-mouth already associated with it that is making headlines, though that's not exactly the same thing (I don't think).
Pay attention. Your "obvious" guess is getting good reviews.
Absolutely Fabulous
Nic Hoult and Kristen Stewart are both in NYC promoting that right now, so doesn't fit the "pull out of all US media appearances" part.
Suicide squad is getting good reviews and they just announced a panal at Comic Con, do def not that movie. EQUALS maybe
It's Star Trek. Paramount has known for months they have a dud. Little to no promotion. They didn't even bring anything about it to Show West months ago. A $200 million movie...they didn't even bring to the biggest industry trade show. This movie opens NEXT WEEK. When did you last see any ads for it?
Star Trek beyond, this film was a troubled production from the start and since Paramount is losing money for Viacom, any bad heat from one of their flagship franchises has them worried.
Pedo Allen's new film Cafe Society
I'm thinking Ghostbusters. At first I thought Star Trek but there are no official reviews out yet, but people who have seen the Australian and UK advanced screenings have been giving it positive reviews.
Might have gone with 'Kong:Skull Island' but the cast has a panel at SDCC next week - as an aside though interested to see what reaction Hiddleswift gets
Actually, Star trek is getting good reviews. Suicide Squad looks like a big hot mess.
