This former A+ list rapper could use the money a tour would bring, but he is in such bad shape physically he would end up having to drop out which would throw the spotlight on him in a big way. That would require way more covering up and attention than just not going would cause.

Lil Wayne - all day. He has had multiple "seizures", addicted to Lean, hasn't toured or really been seen anywhere and has money issues.
