This deceased permanent A + list celebrity is a legend. The problem is that legend and truth have become a bit mixed up over the years. Anyway, if you’re a person of a certain age, then you are well aware of who she is. Our celebrity, who I’ll call Mrs. K, was an extremely likable and dynamic individual despite how she was sometimes portrayed publicly. Even though she was unlucky in love, she was a real survivor. At a very unexpected time in her life, she found herself caught up in a serious relationship with one of the most famous celebrities in the world. (We’ll call him Mr. K)
From almost the moment they met, Mr. K was totally obsessed with Mrs. K. and would not let her out of his sight. Mrs K thought this would be a passing fancy but it wasn’t. This man attached himself to Mrs. K and was totally devoted to her until his death. But that is not what makes this story interesting. What makes it interesting is that there was another woman involved in this situation too. This woman was also very much in love with Mr. K and became enraged when he fell in love with Mrs. K. (We’ll call the enraged woman Mrs. C.) Mrs. C’s scorned-woman rage was epic. She was wildly jealous and vowed revenge on Mrs. K. and was pretty successful at smearing Mrs. K’s reputation. Mrs. K was no pushover though. She had a trusted employee who had family ties to the world of voodoo and would confide her anguish about the smear campaign to this employee. The employee was totally loyal to Mrs. K and decided to contact her family members in the islands about what was happening to Mrs. K.
A relative of the employee, with ties to the spiritual underworld there, offered to do a ritual in order to stop Mrs. C’s revenge campaign. The ritual was done– and outwardly was just meant to protect Mrs. K from future attacks on her reputation. But what Mrs. K didn’t know was that the servant also secretly had a curse placed on Mrs. C. and those around her. This may seem like stuff from an old carnival fortune teller, but this was serious stuff back then and still is now. Over the years, family members of the employee (now dead) have whispered about this ritual and it’s power. They believe that the ritual is still in play and has continued to cause illness, tragedy, and scandal in Mrs. C’s circle even to this day.

Huh? Onassis had dumped Jackie and was back with Callas a couple of years before his death. Jackie moved back to NYC and never saw Onassis again.
Maybe I'm just a really old (43) nonfiction history nerd, but I thought this was already fairly well-known gossip...?
If her wiki is to be believed, Callas and Onassis continued a clandestine affair whenever he was in Paris while he was still in a relationship with Jackie.
And if this blind is supposed to be the other way around, the Kennedy curse was well underway long before Jackie was with Ari.
From the way this reads, Jackie was Mrs K with the servant who cursed Maria. Which frankly deserved it. Maria wasn't just a diva, she was an evil B, and that is saying something from the Opera world.

"Voodoo" is a system of belief. People still practice it in Africa and Haiti (which is what I assume Enty meant when he said "islands"). You don't have to believe in everything you hear about/see, but at least have the decency to be respectful of other people's spiritual practices. It's a basic human right.
It's a shame people who claim to Ben "scientific" are so bigoted, when the people who can be of most help to conservation efforts those who know nature's value to spirituality. Like how Native Americans honour the bear.

Jackie married Ari because she was worried for the safety of her children. He promised to protect them and her. Ari's family despised Jackie. Greeks are like that.

The curses would apply to Christina, Alexander and Tina Onassis. Christina despised Jackie and died unexpectedly.when her daughter was a little kid. Athina is still rich but just had to divorce that cheating Brazilian and has no children. She does not speak to here dad so it is kind of at play still. Hope she finds a nice, honest guy and stays away from all the moochers.
