This former Pretty Little Liars actress is at best a B lister but at an event this past weekend where she made an appearance, she had security keep everyone ten feet from her which caused issues for every other person attending the event.

I think this is Lucy Hale. She has commented in the past about dealing with anxiety issues. Maybe it's related.
