He doesn't have to necessarily be old...just getting old and not performing well anymore.

Sean Penn looks like a piece of beef jerky that was left in a bin for six weeks in the height of summer covered in trash, fished out and then had a tank back over in three times before being left in the sun for a month and gnawed on by a series of stray dogs. It doesn't necessarily mean he's that old. I dated a guy in his 50s who had these problems. He told me he would hire girls to fuck each other. If you saw photos and the way he portrays himself you wouldn't guess. He has tons of money and owns a team, always surrounded by hired team eye candy.
