This A list Broadway actor has been using migrant shelters as his own personal brothels. He has a guy who takes photos of the women at various shelters and to make the approach for our actor who doesn't speak Spanish. Most of the time he ends up paying the women next to nothing, but often he doesn't pay them anything, knowing they won't report it.
