Blind Item #4

Apparently, the pedo prince must have some blackmail on his brother to try and suggest something so outrageous. Old photos of a Jimmy Savile party perhaps? A swingers party? There has to be something. They don't have anything on the heir so they need to play whatever cards they have now.
