Today's Blind Items - The Hulk

You might think this is old news - and it is - going back a decade (at least when he got in the most trouble for it). Obviously, he and his barely legal friends were causing a ruckus (this word being a clue to his identity), and the neighbors complained. Obviously, there were legal issues to follow. 

You might have assumed it all involved one of the anger drugs - and you'd be right to - but it's only now becoming clear which one. And it isn't the sort you party with, though the many years of use did change him.
