Blind Item #4- Tax Evasion Is A Crime

Once again, instead of going after people like the A list alliterate royal YouTuber and others who are doing great work exposing the alliterate one and the cuck, perhaps the royal twins should be worried about the IRS. From the words of the drunk one who sleeps with the washed up older married guy and smuggles prescription drugs across international borders that are not hers.

"All the money I make is directed into my parents' bank account which they then give to animal shelters  under the umbrella of their company Picture Perfect." **

The IRS calls this an illegal tax evasion scheme. In tax law, this is a clear violation of the "assignment of income doctrine", a rule established by the U.S. Supreme Court stating that income must be taxed to the person who actually earns it. You cannot simply route your wages through another entity to avoid paying your share of taxes.

The person might be pretending they are a "contractor" for their parents' company. The parents' business claims the money paid to the child is a business expense (reducing the company's taxable income), and then the company turns around and claims a massive corporate charitable deduction when they give it away

The "charity" receiving the funds may not be a real, IRS-approved 501(c)(3) nonprofit. It is highly common in these types of private setups for the "charity" to be a shell organization controlled by the parents. The money is "donated" on paper to get a tax write-off, but the family secretly uses the charity's bank accounts to pay for personal expenses (like cars, travel, or housing)

**Still no receipts.
