Robin Thicke Ordered To Stay Away From Son And Paula Pattton

Robin Thicke has been barred from seeing his son and his ex-wife Paula Patton after a judge signed a restraining order against him.

Paula said that Robin abused both her and their son. The judge sided with Patton during a hearing on Thursday, while officials at the Department of Children and Family Services continue their investigation into abuse allegations.

Robin and Paula appeared in court and both asked for temporary sole custody of Julian, but when presented with a domestic violence restraining order by Patton's lawyers, the judge approved the motion and ordered Thicke to stay away from his ex, his son, and any of Paula's family members until further notice.

Thicke's lawyers told the judge that DCFS is planning to close the abuse case against the singer due to "unfounded" allegations. His attorneys also insisted another case has been opened against Patton for "emotional abuse", with claims she is intentionally pitting Julian against his father.

Patton submitted the domestic violence restraining order request after a scheduled visit between her ex and Julian went awry. Robin has been accused of losing his temper and violently banging on the door after no one answered when he turned up at the home of Paula's mother to pick up his son for an authorized visit.

Child Welfare Services Investigating Robin Thicke

Lost in the Alan Thicke death was the fact that Paula Patton was barred from the funeral. I don't think she wanted to attend, but Robin Thicke made it clear to everyone that Paula was not welcome. Considering all the moves Alan made on Paula, this is probably not that surprising. Anyway, Paula filed some motions which have since been denied to strip Robin of joint custody and to order drug tests. Although her motions were denied, Robin is being investigated by child protective services over accusations made by their 6 year old son to his other and to school officials that Robin spanks and punches him. Robin says he only open hands spanks his son. Paula also says tthat Robin still isn't sober and is frequently on drugs and drunk around their son.

Paula Patton Finally Filed For Divorce

Tiring of the efforts of Robin Thicke to win her back and to avoid any and all possible STD's Robin might acquire from his one hit wonder groupies, Paula Patton filed for divorce from Robin Thicke. The only thing that I thought was interesting about the filing is that Paula is willing to have joint custody of their child. I thought there was a decent chance she might want sole custody and he would only have supervised visitation. Someone who publicly confesses they were drunk and wasted on pills while watching their child alone is probably not the person I would want watching my child.Would you hire a babysitter who admitted those things? Sure, he is the dad, but I think I would have gone for some supervised visitation for a while longer until he can prove he is clean. Robin Thicke's Butt Grab Woman Says They Had Sex

Deposition transcripts were made public in the case of Marvin gaye's estate saying Blurred Lines was a ripoff of a Marvin Gaye song. In his deposition, Robin Thicke admitted under oath that the only thing he did on the song was to sing. Yeah, he said before that he helped write it and that he and Pharrell wrote it together. Nope. Pharrell did it all. Oh, and Robin doesn't recall much about the recording session because he was wasted on drugs and booze. Vicodin and Norco generally, but there were others. Robin also admitted that he was wasted on drugs and booze while he was taking care of his son and being interviewed by Oprah. Yep, Robin just keeps on winning in that Charlie Sheen sense of winning. He says that Paula Patton left him because of the drugs. Attorneys for Gaye's estate didn't ask Robin about any cheating or other women. I guess we know why Robin doesn't get to spend much time with his son and definitely not alone. Robin says he has quit drugs but still loves booze.

Robin Thicke Finally Gives Up On Marriage

With his wife Paula Patton seeing another guy and possibly pregnant with that same guy, and his empty pleas for forgiveness ringing hollow, and the sales of his album dedicated to Paula abysmal, Robin Thicke has finally given up on saving his marriage. It is interesting to note that while he was going full steam on trying to save his marriage he was seeing their son all the time but lately he has been all over the place and I haven't seen a photo of him with his son in a long time. The thing is he was never serious about being faithful. Nope. Robin just wanted to make the public effort so people would forgive him and see that he was trying. Behind the scenes it has been business as usual. For his part, Robin says he won't file divorce papers but knows his marriage is over and is beginning to split all the assets.
