Good luck to Katy Perry. She is trying to get her lawyers to get Russell Brand to stop talking about their failed marriage. That is not going to happen. Russell Brand will talk about anything at anytime and he doesn't care what you do. I thought when he said that Katy enjoyed pretending she was in a wheelchair when they had sex was a bit much, but maybe she does. I bet he does. Even though Russell usually says nice things, Katy wants to move on and have the world notice how much better her current boyfriend, John Mayer is. She loves how he is so banal and boring and would never talk about or discuss their relationship.

What is the best way to start thinking that the Jonas Brothers might be talking about a reunion or a new album? Get them all together at a restaurant in Los Angeles. No eating at their place or someplace quiet. The trip went right to the middle of Beverly Hills where they were sure to be spotted and to let people start discussing what exactly the trio are all planning. I actually think they were all discussing how they can ever get a bunch of screaming fans to notice them again and Kevin just wanted to get out of the house before Danielle asked him for the millionth time if they are going to get picked up for a second season of their show and what she should wear when on the red carpet and if Ryan Seacrest has been cloned to be able to be in 32 places at once.

What C+ list celebrity/reality star with A list name recognition recently asked if it was possible for her to test drive a baby. She wanted to see if she could try it out being a mother for a few months and if she didn't like it, then give the baby back or give it to someone else.

Everytime I see a photo of Bobbi Kristina with her brother/lover Nick Gordon I get the shivers. If you grow up wioth someone your entire life as a brother, then don't you think it is kind of strange to also want them as your boyfriend. Would you have sex with your brother? Step-brother? Is this any different from the movie Clueless? Did I actually drop a Clueless reference in my post? If I say I lost my remote control three or four times which is why I know what happens in Clueless a believable excuse? Doing research on Paul Rudd movies? Is it more strange that Bobbi took the ring set from her mother's jewelry?

A dog in Chile managed to carry each one of her 10 day old puppies out by her mouth to a fire truck after the house in which she was living caught on fire. The reason? Someone set off a car bomb in front of it. People are talking about the dog doing what she did and it's amazing. I'm also wondering why car bombs are going off in a Chilean suburb in front of the dog's house and if there is a possibility this could happen again. All of the dogs she carried out managed to live, with the exception of one which died of severe burns.

There is a new show that Charisma Carpenter will be hosting called I Survived Evil. I think they pretty much have an I Survived... for every situation now. Charisma seems to be the perfect host for this show considering she is actually someone who survived evil way back in 1991. She was out with two guys in San Diego and they were swimming at a beach. Suddenly, a man with a gun, who turned out later to be a police officer ordered Charisma to tie up her two male companions. Knowing they would all die if she did that, Charisma refused and the two guys overpowered the gunman who shot them both during the fight. Charisma held on to the attacker's flashlight which led to the conviction of Henry Hubbard Jr., who was sentenced to 56 years in jail. While promoting this show, Charisma has been discussing the incident publicly for the first time. It's crazy. You know she did the right thing but it is so tough to be brave when you are looking at a gun pointed at you. (Thanks Lissette)

Chad Ochocinco Johnson was arrested last night for domestic violence against Evelyn Lozada. Apparently Chad had the nerve to be cheating on Basketball Wives' Evelyn after only being married a month. Evelyn found a receipt for condoms in the couple's in the center of a car they own. After Chad's story of them being football related for water balloon pranks against rookies failed, he then decided to head butt Evelyn about it who called police and Chad was arrested. Evelyn needed stitches and will need a good divorce lawyer. If she goes through with divorcing Chad, this would be the shortest celebrity marriage of the new year. I'm fairly sure we can see now why Cheryl Burke said buh bye to Chad.
