Pasha Grishuk (ice dance). Known for being a drama queen when she competed. Lives in LA. Tried for an acting career. Accused a former boyfriend (much older) of putting GHB in her drink her a few years ago, but no drugs were found in her system.

Sadly Oksana. Tonya isn't foreign born. She did win a gold medal in US figure skating before it was stripped. This is just so sad.

My guess is Tanith Belbin. She is Canadian born, US Dance Gold Medalist (4xs) and World Champion with Ben Agosoto. They have taken a back seat to Butler/Davis since leaving their mutual coach, Igor in MI.
Can't be Tanith - she never won an OGM. I think it's most likely Pasha Grichuk. She was always kind of unstable. Such a sad story, because she is a 2 time Olympic gold medalist.

As much as Tonya Harding was a mean heifer for having her bf kneecap Nancy, I don't think she's on cocaine. She's on that World's Dumbest TV show with Gary Busey who scares the bejeezus outta me. Listening to him gives me a contact high.

Pasha is not well known enough in the non-skating community to make this a blind for a gossip site (IMO).
Tanith expected endorsements and modelling contracts that never came.
Belbin and Agosto still skate in shows (even though they retired from competition in 2010). Plus, she works as a choreographer for other skaters and has done TV work for Skating with the Stars as well as in Canada. This doesn't sound like someone who has to turn tricks.
I like the Pasha Grushik guess.
