This former B list mostly television actress from that hit almost network show that has ended is filming a new movie far far away. While the rest of the cast and crew are bonding together, our actress thinks she is far too big of a star to hang out with the rest of them. Her husband acts the same way so they are a really good match even if they do split soon.

well Ryan, I did find RIPD an amusing little film. Sorry your weren't nominated for an Oscar for your wonderful work. Look forward to seeing you in your upcoming films. I certainly wish the best for you at the People's Choice Awards next year.

Stuff like this irritates me because I know people think the same thing about me. The truth is, I simply prefer solitude, I don't enjoy spending my free time "hanging out" with people I just spent the work day with. F@ck me, right?!
I think its pretty shitty to brand someone as uppity or bitchy just because they like to be alone, especially if your inference is the only 'evidence' you have. That only indicates that you're not bright enough to understand that different personalities exist.
I'm no fan of Blake Lively but this item is childish & stupid.

She's so fake, everything about her is so manifactured. Her PR team surely worked hard to refresh her image after those naked selfies and the rumor of her being a homewracker, but their idea of portraying her like the new Martha Stewart isnt working! Her perserve site is full of overpriced stuff, I wonder how long it will last.
I'm now self-employed, and work alone, but back when I did work in an office, I REFUSED go go out with my co-workers, who were always making plans for happy hour and weekends. I didn't like having to be around those assholes all damn day, so there was no way I was going to sacrifice my precious downtime to spend even more time with them. I was the person who refused to go to the monthly office birthday parties, too. (Which I think was also the subject of a Seinfeld episode?)

I already knew people thought that, it's just not worth the energy to clarify anything. Some cases of severe stupidity are incurable.
I have the same thing with people in my suite. "No time" to do their actual *job*, but there's a two hour email thread about planning a baby shower. Dorks.

Agree with Georgia...she was a thorn in the Affleck marriage, ScarJo's first marriage, and her relationship with DiCaprio apparently was a PR move (not sure how it benefitted him unless he needed a beard for something, but must have since he went along with it). Everything about her is fake, and her site stinks, AND the work she keeps getting done on her nose (third nose job now?) doesn't help since it looks altered but still not much better. Karma is going to be tough for this actress who slept her way up to mediocrity.
Maybe she is just too busy with her lifestyle brand to participate in any on/off set tomfoolery.

Did you see the bag she 'codesigned' and named after her daughter? And overpriced one, costing $860...you find better stuff at Target! I give her blogt 2 more years at the most. She's Goop 2.
Hey, sometimes, bonding with your co-workers is part of the job. It's not written down in any official description, but it's often crucial nonetheless. It's very common in academic departments, for instance, which can be rough on academics, who are largely introverts. But, you know, you gotta work with these people, and it's a hell of a lot easier to work with people that you have some sort of personal relationship with. Maybe Lively is stuck up or maybe she's just an introvert - not to sound cruel, but I don't really care. The question is whether she's professional enough to do the stuff she doesn't necessarily feel like doing but knows is part of the job.
She's not introverted, she's not busy, she's just a bitch. She thinks segregating herself from the cast and crew is "classy" and demonstrates her superiority.

You all have got me remembering the "I'm an introvert" scene with Jean Harlot delivering the line from Dinner at Eight. She was divine.
I've heard that Ryan Reynolds is a bit antisocial. I agree, there is nothing wrong with it. They are not obligated to hang out with the cast and crew. You are not obligated to hang out with anyone. Sounds like the cast and crew are the ones being kinda uppity.
I love Jean Harlow and I love that movie.

I'm just a lurker and could care less about BL other than, I gloated that her drama piece stunk up the joint as did Ryan's. They are both just "check chasers" and must pay for good rep to get them movies with the likes of Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, Sir Ben Kingsley, - but then again, those are older actors probably looking to stay relevant to younger audiences.
ScarJo looks like she's hit her stride and will still be a force to reckon with when this doofus and her equally dumb hubby have to consider doing reality tv.

Why does Blake Lively keep getting hired? Why on earth does she consider herself a star? She was an actress on a show on an almost network, and any movie she is in bombs. Or does she think The Green Lantern was a huge hit?
The girl better get over herself, she is just another aging blonde who can easily be replaced.
