This A+ list singer almost got arrested the other day while flying. She refused to get off her cell phone before taking off. She finally did but then called the flight attendant b**ch throughout the flight and called her that to her face and when told to stop refused. She was just an overall pain. It was only when the co-pilot came out and warned her that the singer got better.

I recall in Madonna's brother's tell all he stated she only flew commercial and would not fly her own plane. She found it a waste of money. Perhaps she had a fear of flying go figure.

It is very well known that using a cellphone on a commercial airplane is absolutely taboo. So, whoever this is, is an idiot for just trying to get away with it to show all she is in fact a diva!
So, if you want to use your cellphone while flying, just hire a private charter. That is the best way to demonstrate your diva-ness to everyone. "Bitch!"

For a big celeb it's actually more cost effective to charter a jet, when you consider the cost of flying the celeb, family, handlers, and so on, in first class plus economy seats for the minions. Chartering is more expensive but has the advantage of flying on the schedule you choose, as well as being discreet. Let's say booking out first class runs you $25,000 (Celeb + entourage and whoever else) and a long range heavy jet charter runs say $6,000 an hour, NY to LA is still only costing you 30-36,000
Madonna has been in NY all summer for tour rehearsals. I'm thinking Rihanna for this, she's been back and forth from LA to NYC a lot recently.
