My guess is Boston Rob and Amber. I'm not a big reality show person - but I think I read somewhere (in comments here perhaps) that he was a little light in the loafers. The only reason I really remember him is I'm a BoSox fan so he stuck out in my mind. Just a TOTAL shot in the dark though.
Those kids from The Hills? I have no idea what their names are.
It's that bachelor guy Andy. Come on. All you had to do was look at that guy for 5 minutes and know that he was more excited about the USS Missouri coming to town than those babes on the show. He's a clown. Not that there is anything wrong with that. A clown that is.

It's gotta be the new bachelor. There was one show where he was talking about a girl and he said "she likes to do manly things like shoot guns that's attractive" Joel on The Soup had me in stitches over it.
And Rob and Amber have had more than 15 mins of fame at this point....how that happened who knows.

i'm a huge survivor fan (actually was going to audition), and you could see how smitten he was.
i really thought she was going to ride his coattails and then dump him.
It could be Spencer and Heidi from the Hills, but I think it's probably Eric and Danielle from The Amazing Race All Stars. They met (on separate teams) on a previous season, then raced together on the most recent season. They've already admitted that they weren't actually a couple (although they were identified as a couple) while the most recent season was being filmed and there have always been questions/rumors about Eric's sexual preferences.

yeah - after I posted I thought about Rob and Amber and realized they were on some other sort of reality thingee too - so they sure have had more than their 15 minutes. Oh well. :)

I agree that it sounds like the Bachelor. Remember, they only JUST aired the final episode, even though they had filmed it ages ago, and under the show's rules, the Bachelors always have to lay low until the final show airs so as not to give away the finale. Now that the show is over, he's in a position to exploit his newfound fame, so the timing makes sense. Plus, given the show's history, it would shock exactly no one if the "couple" broke up, and quite frankly, it would surprise very few if the "Bachelor" was gay.
Also, I found it a tad suspicious that an active Naval officer (during a time of war, no less) would go on a show like that (and that the Navy would okay it), so it makes one think he's looking to get out of the Service, meaning the whole coming out of the closet issue is easier to pull off.
And for those who say he can't be gay b/c he's in the navy, I'll say this: Reichen was in the Marines.

Betty I agree with you. I thought Eric on the Amazing Race was dating his former team mate when he called him and told him he won. They were fawning all over each other. I bet Eric and Danielle just hooked up to race again.
And he's a MODEL. Sorry, I could have put Naval Officer because it's soooo obvious! LOL!

I don't think Boston Rob is gay, but I think he might well be a swinger... Ent's had some BIs alluding to that before. I love how he referred to Amber as "my girl" during their first run on TAR.

Wasn't there something not too long ago about the chick from the bachelor getting trashed and spilling the beans to a page six reporter about them not getting married? But, when the show aired, he proposed and she said yes. I'm guessing in between the show being taped and airing, perhaps the closet door got opened and she got a peek inside, hence she's now denying a wedding?
i didn't watch the bachelor, so i can't comment on that.
but my BF is about to retire from the seabees, and he's got a three month paid break (i dunno what its called) before its official. or, maybe he's not really active or an officer. its tv... you know they'd play up that angle to their best advantage.
maybe its flava flav or whatever his name is!

as for the comment about why would the navy let an officer go on a reality show during a time of war: it was unbelievable pr for the military. he's handsome, charming, (made to appear) desirable... and it keeps a positive image of the military on tv for a whole season, right when public support for the cmapaign in iraq is at its lowest. i wouldnt be surprised if the military put him up to it and approached the network themselves.
that being said, it's gonna be awesome if the military exploited him only to have him come out after the fact. yay homosexuals!! boo "dont ask dont tell"
