I Can't Believe They Said That
It is one thing for you or me or all of our friends to sit around and say that so and so is just dating someone to become more famous or to get some money, but I can't remember ever seeing it printed in a tabloid or a magazine. Until now.
In the UK Star, they have an article that talks about how Michelle Ryan and Jason Segel are an item and does the whole thing you always see about them at dinner and only having eyes for each other and into each other, and blah, blah, blah. The story is the same just exchange whatever people you want to put into the story. Oh, and they also kissed and did the whole couldn't keep their hands off each other thing. You have seen it and read it a million times. What makes this article completely different and what made even bother to write about them is this lovely quote at the end of the article from a "source."
"Jason is very in demand at the moment - regardless of how much she likes him personally, this is definitely going to help Michelle make a name for herself in the States."
Um wow. Did they just say that? So, this source is saying that Michelle is just doing this for the publicity? It might or might not be true but you don't actually see it ever printed. I have to give Star some credit for sticking it out there even if not true just to shake up the standard dinner and love story. Michelle of course was Bionic Woman and that totally flopped and Michelle was not universally loved on the set. I just have always got the impression though that she doesn't really give a crap if she is popular here or anywhere and is just happy acting. I also don't think that Jason Segel can help boost her career publicity wise. He might be able to get her into some movies, but he is not Mr. Tabloid and no one is going to be stalking his house to get their latest picture together so I think his effect will be limited. But, still it made for a nice little change of pace to the otherwise stale dinner romance stories.

Wouldn't have recognized her if you hadn't mentioned that she was bionic woman...
When you google her, the third picture that comes up is her in a see through top, nipples prominently displayed.
I don't think Star needed to add that she was dating Jason for the publicity. I think the nipples said it for her.
Hee, I have a big enough crush that I knew who it was from the pic. Never heard of the guy though.
Forget Bionic Woman, I highly recommend watching the series she was in called Jekyl, it was awesome.
When Sienna Miller started dating Jude Law, her mother gave a quote to a newspaper or something saying that Sienna would definitely "benefit" from the relationship. Or something like that. Pathetic.
Jason Segel seems like a total p*ssy hound. Please, I doubt they are even still dating. He wants to be Russell Brand, his BFF, and is taking dating cues from him now.
I'm a huge EastEnders fan. Michelle will always be Zoe Slater to me.
Jason Segel is the guy from Forgetting Sarah Marshall. The boyfriend that got dumped while he was naked.
I really liked that movie. I think he's funny.
That's got to be the worst picture of a woman I've ever seen. The angle or something about it makes her look built like Johnny Bravo.

Jason Segal is a hystercial actor and accomplished writer. He's also Marshall on How I Met Your Mother, was on Freeks and Geeks and Undeclared.

he's not that funny IMO. this season of HIMYO sucked! sure it's not his writing but since he's been a big movie stah it feels like he's just phoning in his TV role.
That young lady just looks sooooo uncomfortable in that picture.
Wasn't Michelle Ryan that Blind Item about the "star" of a TV show that couldn't read the writing on the wall about her show being cancelled? While everyone else was looting the set and getting their wardrobes, she kept saying that it wasn't going to be cancelled? Please correct if I'm wrong.

I was an extra when Bionic Woman was being filled, and everyone on the set hated her. She was just cold and bitchy.
K, I'm not usually snarky, well, maybe a little... But what in God's name is wrong with this girl's body?
She looks like she was built from three different body types... My brain is going "huh"?
My first thought was also about how weird her body looks. It's like one of those kids books where you mix and match the head, body and feet..
Jason Segel does kinda seem like a dog, who knows if that his personality or just the roles he plays? In Forgetting Sarah Marshall he was pretty believable as a hurt yet sweet and funny guy. But the first time I saw him was in knocked up as the friend who always hits on Heigl's sister (I'm blanking on names right now).
Either way, I'm thinking he'll be done with this girl in about fifteen seconds.
