When fans weren’t looking, she was getting a hard slap in the face by her parent for wanting to go home instead of continuing to promote herself.

This may be wrong but I'm going to guess Madison De La Garza. She played on Sonny with a Chance, is the little sister to Demi Lovato and now plays on Desperate Housewives. From another site (BlindGossip), they have revealed that the mother gives White Oprah a run for her money for the worst mom award.
I agree, the sister from Big Time Rush seems like a good fit. Poor girl. :-(

OOPS I read this wrong. I missed the "plays" the little sister of a bigger star and thought it meant IS the little sister of a bigger star. I will go with the other guesses for Big Time Rush. Never heard of the show and have no idea who the girl is though.

my guess is also Madison De La Garza younger 1/2 sister of Demi Lovato. Desperate Houeswives is in its last season and the mother is going to push her kid as far as she can to find her work after.

I vote Skye Jackson of Jessie with Debby Ryan. Her mother goes on her FB and writes crazes stuff to the fans. She seems like a wacko. You can tell that little girl has been primed for this since birth.
I don't think it's the girl from BTR only because I know someone who works on the show (and other Nick shows as well) and this is something they absolutely would have shared no matter what show the girl was on. Demi's lil sis sounds like a good guess. Whoever it is, it's just sad and disgusting.
I want to say it's from a Disney show... only because the people I've known over the years from Nick have made it sound like that type of parent is kept an eye on.
Other than Nick and Disney, are there any other cable children's networks?
BTW is an ensemble show, and this blind seems to refer to more of a star of the show. That is why I am thinking Skye Jackson from Jessie.

OK...not sure if anyone is still paying attention, but I just realized that Skai doesn't play the little sister of Debby Ryan's character, so this can't be her. Skye plays the little siter of Peyton List's character, but I wouldn't necessarily call her a "bigger" star.
None of the other Disney shows feature a little sister that I can think of. Except for Good Luck Charlie and I don't think this would be about Charlie-she would be WAY too little for anyone to do that to and not get a major beat down.
I guess this could be Ciara Bravo from BTR, as I can't think of anyone else.
