This B+ list mostly movie actor is being nominated left and right this awards season for a role. It has also been a new woman almost every night for the married actor. The guy is a tool. Always has been and always will be.

If it is Ethan Hawke then this blind doesn't mean he is a tool. Isn't he in an open marriage? If his wife is in agreement then what does it matter.
Isn't it Ewan McGregor who's in an open relationship? Or is it both of them?
I checked on Hawke and he has definitely expressed his acceptance of nonmonogamy. He has been married to his second wife since 2008 so I would think she would be well aware of his views. Heck, his second wife was a nanny for a brief period while married to Uma Thurman so there is that.
If his relationship is "open" it's because he's forcing it open. Ryan Hawke (his ex-nanny with Thurman) used to watch him like a.. hawk.
She may be aware of him running his mouth about monogamy but there is no way she approves of him screwing a different woman every night. He's still taking steps to hide it from her.
