This B+ list mostly movie actor who stars in a huge franchise, but is instantly forgettable in and out of it is thinking about quitting Hollywood and moving overseas so he can live life the way he wants without publicists telling him how he should act and who he should be with to be a proper movie star.

I'm sticking with Renner. He's in Avengers, but Hawkeye is certainly no where near a main character - I would say he is at the bottom of the heap in that franchise. He was excellent in American Hustle, yet everyone was talking about every other actor and actress from that movie - not him.
Luke Evans isn't back in the closet. He's been out for a decade.

I didn't read this as a closet blind, just a guy who doesn't feel like running the Hollywood hamster wheel where exes still sleep together so they'll get along and dudes have multiple families around the country!
But with the Bourne movies and his other projects, I wouldn't say Renner is instantly forgettable.

Sounds like this is supposed to be Josh H but from the outside, it looks like the most passionless relationship that ever existed with the GF. If they are really into each other they do a good job of hiding it.

Hutchinson has been very vocal about his support for the LGBT community; if he were gay his publicists wouldn't allow it fearing it would be a "tell."
Not really true, Ziggy; lots of closet cases pretend to be "straight allies" because that's the closest they can get to being out. (Brittany Snow is one suspected of this, for example.)
In Amber Heard's case, the way we found out that she and Tasya had been legally married was when her "Amber Van Ree" charitable donations to LGBT causes came to light. (You can't make political donations under a false name, so they had to be legally married.) And that was before her wishy-washy "I'm not entirely straight but I'm not going to say 'lesbian' or mention that I'm married…ooh, look, Johnny Depp!" coming out.
Josh Hutcherson sounds like the forgettable sort of fellow to fit this. Didn't he come out as "no labels" or something? So the life he wants to live in Europe might or might not be with the apparently-passionless gf. Luke Evans was the lead in that Dracula movie and a couple others; don't know if Enty would limit him to "B+" or tie him so specifically to the franchise.
My first thought was Lautner, but I'm usually no good at these.

I just looked at Luke Evans' wikipedia page. It has a quote from him under personal life confirming that he's gay.

Not Renner. He's been nominated for an acting Oscar for two movies- none of which were a franchise- The Hurt Locker and The Town. I wouldn't describe that as forgettable.
Lautner. he recently completed filming for UK series Cuckoo and the cast said in interviews that he chose to do the series as he was sick of Hollywood and wanted to get away from it all but still be able to act.

It is not Taylor. Twilight was over in 2012. Lautner is low key in real life, but his Jacob Black character was super memorable, thanks to the shirtless shots.
