There is nothing more this B list mostly movie actress would love to do more than to go out in public with her new child and get her photos taken everyday. One tiny problem. The agreement she signed provides for a great deal of support from her actor baby daddy, but it also limits how many interviews she can give or what she can do with the child in front of cameras.

I agree it's over...
From what I gathered (from here and Blind Gossip), they were broken up when she found out she was pregnant, she wanted to get back together but he didn't, and now he plays house for the paps so he doesn't look like a bad guy.
