A first time blind for this actress. She is probably B-/C+ right now. She does appear every once in awhile on a very hit almost network show. She had her glory days a couple of decades ago in some very hit shows and was on a soap. Probably hit A-/B+ at her peak. Anyway, at a party this week she was hitting the coke hard. I wouldn't think she could afford it, but apparently she doesn't pay and exchanges a little fun for a little coke.

Can someone explain what almost network means?
The CW. It's technically a network, but it doesn't get network ratings. Networks are NBC, CBS, FOX, ABC.
I thought SMG too but I don't know her guest star connection. Plus I felt some movie tie-in would be mentioned.
